소개

I have obtained a BSc in Physics from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 1993 and a MA in Public Administration from Seoul National University in 2002, Korea. Then, I had joined KASI (Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute) as a science policy researcher. Leaving Korea after 3 years’ work experience in KASI, I was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Science and Technology Policy Studies at Sussex University, UK in 2010. After coming back to Korea, I have worked as a research fellow at the Office of Higher Education Research, Korean Educational Development Institute. Currently, I teach students at the Department of Public Policy in Hanbat National University since 2013. Moreover, I am a Chief Audit Executive in KBSI (Korea Basic Science Institute) since 2018. Regarding academic service, I had worked for KOTIS (Korea Technology Innovation Society) as an Editor in Chief of Journal of Korea Technology Innovation between 2017 and 2020.
