논문 국내 국내전문학술지(KCI급) 사회가치경영을 위한 대학의 역할 : 앙트러프러너 대학

논문 초록 (Abstract)
대학의 역할이 다양해지면서 연구, 교육, 산학협력에서 추가로 앙트러프러너 대학으로 변환하고 있다. 우리나라 대학환경은 저출산으로 입학자원이 급격히 줄어들었고, 대학재정의 압박 및 4차산업혁명 등의 진행에 따라 그 불확실성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 앙트러프러너 대학은 크고 복잡한 사회문제에 관심을 갖고, 그 해결책을 찾는데 전체의 지역사회를 포함하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 대학이 사회가치경영에 기여하기 위한 모습을 앙트러프러너 대학에서 찾고자 한다. 앙트러프러너 대학의 모습을 국내외 대학들의 학생과 교수의 사례와 전교적 차원과 프로그램차원에서 살피고 있다. 이를 촉진하기 위한 정부의 역할로서 대학창업교육 5개년 계획과 사회맞춤형 산학협력선도대학(LINC+) 등의 사례가 있다. 대학이 사회가치경영을 위한 세부 실천방안으로 아이디어, 니즈, 역량, 그리고 리더십의 4가지 요인을 중심으로 제시하고 있다. With the diversity of university roles, university has a direction for the education, research, collaboration with industry and now entrepreneurial one. Universities meet the huge uncertainty of low birth rate, financial pressure, and 4th industry revolution. Entrepreneurial university is naturally attracted to big, complex societal problems and involves the entire community in seeking solutions. This paper looking for the successful factors of entrepreneurial university to realize the social value management, It include the cases of students and professors in Korea and abroad. Also there is the campus wide approach and the program approach. Government support the university using the plan of entrepreneurial education ecosystem and LINC+(Leaders in Industry-university cooperation Plus). Finally education methodology is suggested by the idea, needs, capability linkage, what is called INC model and add a leadership, we can coin the LINC model.
