논문 초록 (Abstract)
This paper intends to build the theoretical game model for experimental urban planning(EUP), and to compare the managerial characteristics and analytical method of EUP prototypes. REBE, REBE-G, and PESS as the prototypes of EUP are Inter-based Housing Price Experiment and Simulation Systems, which was considered as cyber housing market. The housing prices are simulated through trading between sellers and buyers using the information of housing characteristics and housing policy scenarios on the cyber housing market. This study helps to suggest standard guide line in making the further EUP prototypes such as Land-use Planning, Environmental Palnning, Site Survey, and Real Estate Marketing, etc.
