논문 초록 (Abstract)
This study aims to analyse U-City demand. The future Sci-fiction movie analysis, U-City service contents analysis, and experts survey/analysis were conducted. For the analysis, the contents of the recent 11 SF films since year 2000, 246 u-city unit services items and experts survey data were built up. The findings in this study include: First, in the area of social economic mega-trend, the terms of global economy, network city & intelligent city, and earth warming & renewable energy are significant for the future U-city demand. Second, the items of intelligent management of urban facilities, public transportation & TOD, and compact city has been significantly demanded in the area of urban planning and governance mega-trend. Third, with regard to lifestyle changes, the U-City demand of living, business, and commerce are important in respect. Forth, the contents of traffic, land use, housing, environment & energy, urban service facilities, security, distribution, and landscape have been prioritized in the terms of urban problem and policy. Fifth, inter-regional infrastructure, CBD, commercial and business building and street mall are significant in the area of space demand. This study aims to analyse U-City demand.
