논문 초록 (Abstract)
During the redevelopment of a deteriorated industrial district, certain businesses are selected to be relocated out of the district. Previously, these businesses have been chosen using physical, environmental, and economic criteria. This approach, however, does not take into account the costs and benefits experienced by the individual business. This paper stems from the assumption that the individual business best understands its own costs and benefits, and therefore should have a say in the selection process. Based on the analysis of the survey, the will of individual firms often does not match the external criteria, and even sometimes stands to the opposite: the more emphasized the external conditions, the greater the possibility of expelling firms which need to stay.
