논문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 연구재단 등재지에 게재된 총 45편의 창업보육센터 성과 관련 연구에 체계적 문헌 리뷰 방법론을 적용함으로써 국내 연구흐름을 파악하고, 성과 결정 요인 및 이들 간 관계를 통합적으로 제시하였다. 그 결과, 관련 연구는 2002년 처음 등장하였으며 2010년대 벤처창업 관련 학술지를 중심으로 활발한 논의가 이루어졌음을 확인하 였다. 이와 함께 창업보육센터의 운영 성과를 크게 기업 경영 성과, 창업보육센터 운영성과, 창업보육센터 의존도 등 으로 제시하고 있으며, 이러한 운영성과에 영향을 미치는 중요 결정요인으로 1) 입주기업 특성, 2) 지원 서비스, 3) 창업보육센터 운영체계, 4) 매니저 특성임을 관찰하였다. 특히 매니저 특성은 2011년 처음 등장한 이후 최근 그 논 의가 증가하고 있으며, 동시에 상기 4대 결정요인을 통합적으로 고려한 연구는 전무함을 확인하였다. 이로 인해 여 러 연구에서 성과 결정 요인 간 인과성역인과성 또는 매개역매개 효과를 동시에 발견하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 창업보육센터 운영 성과 결정 요인 간 통합적 관계가 향후 창업보육센터 지원 정책 개발과 성과관리평가 지침이자, 후속 실증 연구의 기반으로 활용되기를 기대한다. We comprehensively analyze and consolidate the relevant studies on the BI performance in Korea through conducting a systematic literature review. Based on a content analysis of 45 articles that appeared since 2002, we first identified three types of BI-led performance: occupied start-up firms’ financial and non-financial performance, BI performance itself, and start-up firms’ dependence over BI from a negative perspective. We also found four antecedents of BI performance, i.e., characteristics of start-up firms, incubating service, BI operating system, and BI manager capabilities. Specifically, we observed that the BI manager capabilities first appeared in 2011 and are regarded as newly important antecedents for BI-led performance. We lastly propose an analytical framework that draws those findings together. In doing so, we suggest a comprehensive theoretical approach to clarify the causality and mediation among those antecedents and BI-led performance. For practice, we hope the approach provides a guideline for the BI performance management system and policy development for accelerating the growth of occupied start-up firms.
